GOAL is being developed as an integrated used lubricant oil recycling and re-refining project in Romania, designed to support responsible collection, advanced re-refining, and the circular use of valuable hydrocarbon resources.
GOAL and BEES approach is built around responsible collection, feedstock control, environmental management, and safe industrial operations.
